Why we decided to shake things up and change our brand
When we started Ibiliti in 2011, we had a dream to change the way people see the insurance world and we came up with our slogan, “We do what we say. That simple!”
These words have carried us through the past eight years and inspired and motivated our team to deliver results to all our stake holders.
As we expand our vision, we feel our eighth birthday celebration is the perfect time to adopt a new slogan!
It is so important for our industry to embrace technology and pioneer a new customer experience.
But there is one aspect to remember.
We can never ever discard the HUMAN component in business. If you ask anyone who has been in the industry long enough, they will tell you the insurance industry is about relationships and personal connection. It is an unseen field of information that the best technology in the world will never be able to replace.
The Financial Services Industry is being turned on its head today, undergoing tremendous change as a result of compliance and technology. If not managed properly, these changes can create stress, low morale, and lack of productivity among employees.
A deep hunger for genuine connection
As we move forward into the world of tech automation and AI, people will hunger for interaction with real humans who serve them with heart. Empathy and understanding expand beyond fancy algorithms.
There will be a longing for communication stimulated by all our senses that no bot on this planet will be able to emulate.
The essence of our very nature, the gut feel, the care and the warmth of human intelligence will always be in demand no matter how smart and fast our technology advances. We will even be forgiven for the times we slip up or make mistakes because it will remind us of our vulnerability. Vulnerability is an important ingredient for human connection and learning, because our stories inspire others to overcome challenges and be better humans. Mistakes create opportunities for learning and setting healthy boundaries to value ourselves and others.

As we embrace and endorse the dawn of tech, part of our mission is to move with the times in a relatable way.
Spirit without matter is motionless!
The last thing we want to be is a cold shell. By maintaining healthy relationships, we identify and remind others of habitual patterns that keep people from moving successfully towards a new future. In order to thrive we must actively work and expand our thinking away from what has traditionally been done and include ideas and systems that may have never been considered. We must question everything, our strategy, business models and investments.
People who are focused on people form more engaged teams and are ready for transformation.
The Ibiliti personality
The personality we wish to create for Ibiliti must be solid, established, credible, trustworthy and reliable, but also human, real, relatable, approachable, flexible, humble, considerate, supportive, courteous, respectful, consistently caring and empathetic, authentic, with uncompromising business ethics and a genuine desire to serve people and a higher purpose.
We foresee ourselves remaining HUMAN with a warm understanding of the issues people and businesses face.
No company can exist without human beings behind it! Someone must care enough to find it, start it, create it, build it, stretch it, develop it, grow it and continuously take it to the next level.
We realise that no matter who Ibiliti deals with, and at what level they are, everything in business can be attributed to beautiful people who help us to get things done!
We were advised to rebrand, but don’t freak out just yet! We decided to keep our logo and colours the same as much as possible. Everyone we asked were insistent that we must not change the brand and the colours because they absolutely adore and love it.
People say the colours make them feel happy, bright, lift their mood and inspire them to be creative.
We know everyone we work with will love this subtle change!

Therefore, may our new slogan inspire our team and everyone we interact with to treat all people with the same kind of respect now and into our future, as every stakeholder in our business forms an integral part of our overall success.
Our new slogan “The Human Face of Insurance” we believe will be a relatable reminder for everyone in our industry that technology is ultimately meant to serve humanity, and not the other way around.
It is my heart’s desire that our caring team will always be there no matter what lies ahead in our future to render personal support, when the people in our network most needs it!
Essentially, we at Ibiliti are just people, with the genuine desire to serve other people.
