Business Motor Claims

Notify us of your claim, your Advisor will guide you through completing a claim form and the necessary documentation we need to attend to your claim.

Report any loss, damage, theft or hijack to the Police within 24 hours.

In case of an accident, contact emergency services immediately.

Roadside Assist cover or Emergency Assist

If you have opted for Roadside Assist or Medical Assist on your policy, you can contact the following numbers for assistance:

  • Business Insurance Assist: activate the panic on the app or dial 0861 788 883
  • Bus and Coach Road Assistance/Medical Services: dial 0861 555 477

Theft or Hijacking

Promptly inform us without any delay and contact the following numbers to report a theft/hijacking incident: 083 778 8560, 083 778 8563, or 011 968 9942.

Our claims team may assign an expert such as a motor assessor, investigator, or loss adjuster etc when needed.

Business Non-Motor Claims

Notify us of your claim, your Advisor will guide you through completing a claim form and the necessary documentation we need to attend to your claim.

Office or Home Assist

If you have opted for Office or Home Assist on your policy, you can contact the following number for assistance: dial 0861 788 883

Provide alarm activation reports for burglary claims and cooperate with adjusters or investigators.

Our claims team may assign an expert such as a loss adjuster, investigator, or any other expert etc when needed.

Excess Cover

Notify us of your claim, your Advisor will guide you through completing a claim form and the necessary documentation we need to attend to your claim.

The Excess Policy follows the insurance cover placed with the Underlying Insurer’s Policy.

If you hold an excess cover policy with Ibiliti, you have the option to claim the excess portion from us following a valid claim with the Underlying Insurer where they have agreed to a settlement of your excess.

Claim Reporting

Notify Ibiliti through your Advisor immediately of any loss/damage/injury/theft for swift claims processing to ensure the process runs smoothly.
