BUS AND COACH

BUS ACCIDENT AND THEFT / HIJACK
Should you wish to report your claim telephonically, you can dial 010 590 5511 or email claims@ibiliti.co.za.

At the scene you may contact the Emergency Road Assist / Medical Services on 0861 555 477 to arrange for roadside / medical assistance and your vehicle will be towed to the nearest repairer.

Once we have received notification of your claim, you will be requested by your broker to complete a claim form and submit required documentation. You must report any loss or damage to the Police within 24 hours. Where necessary, our Claims department will appoint a motor assessor/ investigator / loss adjuster.

At the scene of an accident, you can press your Sensibiliti panic number (if taken up on your policy) and the call centre will contact you or alternatively you may dial 0861 788 883 to arrange for roadside assistance and your vehicle will be towed to the nearest repairer.

  • BUSINESS NON – MOTOR (ANY OTHER CLAIMS)
    Report any theft or malicious damage to the Police within 24 hours.

    You have to report the event to your broker immediately or alternatively email claims@ibiliti.co.za.

    The Excess Policy follows the Underlying Insurer's Policy.

     

     

    The Excess Policy follows the Underlying Insurer’s Policy. When the Underlying Insurer has agreed to settle your claim, you will be entitled to claim a portion of your excess back from us if you have taken up an excess cover policy.
